Woodwick Court

This sprawling ranch-style home in the Tanglewood neighborhood was a very interesting project. Originally designed in the 1960s by Komatsu Architects, the home had all the desirable features, but lacked modern amenities. A full remodel addressed all aspects of the home, transforming this wonderful space into a comfortable, contemporary sanctuary for the homeowner and their two young boys.

Final Product:
In the end, a wonderful piece of neighborhood architecture received the needed attention to enter the 21st century. New electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, as well as modern wireless controls, give this property a unique presence.
