Floyd Street

A family was looking to expand kitchen and entertainment space for their mid-century home. After studying the home's design and complete layout, we primarily focused on the kitchen and master bedroom and bath.

"Light and spacious" was the design direction. The removal of walls helped open the kitchen space so that it became "the place to be" in the house. A double island/table combination helped provide additional workspace for parents and children.

Final Product:
A spacious new living area has changed much of the existing floor plan. New work and play spaces have been added to improve the homeowner experience and increase the value of the home.
